The problem
Reduce manual preparation and repeated allocation of RUC records in software-testing workflows.
What it does
- Validate a RUC check digit.
- Import records from a public SUNAT dataset.
- Store and manage records in a local SQLite database.
- Reserve, find, enable and disable records used in tests.
Engineering approach
An ES-module Node.js package using SQLite and Sequelize, with ZIP and CSV processing for data ingestion.
My contribution
Design and implementation of the project within the scope described here.
Current scope
The configured dataset is the list of good taxpayers, not the complete RUC register. Check-digit validation does not establish current tax status; the preserved integration needs current compatibility testing.
