The problem
Small operations are repeatedly reimplemented across projects. JS-Pack Tools collects reusable helpers behind a lightweight package.
What it does
- Manipulate arrays, objects and strings with reusable helpers.
- Convert between CSV and JSON representations.
- Handle common file, directory and path operations.
- Work with dates, validations and application logging.
Engineering approach
An npm-distributed JavaScript library with documentation and a focused set of utilities. Its published line includes helpers such as groupBy, objectFilter, csvToJson and jsonToCsv.
My contribution
Building and documenting a reusable utility library, then narrowing its scope to a manageable collection of tools.
Current scope
A published library currently in a paused development phase. It remains a distinct project and is used as a dependency by Cypress Cucumber Report.
